General Questions

1.) Who are you?
My name is Phillip Boushy, to learn more please view my "About Me" page.
2.) What do you do?
I install and provide software and installation support for computers, printers, networks, and various other electronics. I make sure that all of your devices and software work together seamlessly. To see a full list please view my "Services" page.
3.) How do I contact you?
You can call me at: (702) 426-3744 or you can Contact Me through email, or my online submission form.
4.) What are your business hours?
I am available by phone: Monday-Saturday: 8am - 10pm.
I provide support at your home or office Monday-Friday: 8am-6pm and Saturday: 10am-4pm.
I also provide off hours support on a case by case basis.
5.) How much do you charge?
My standard rate is $60 per hour.
6.) What are your off hours, and what do you mean by a case by case basis?
Those off hours are at my discretion but will typically be considered:
Monday-Friday: 6pm-10pm and Saturday: 8am-10am, 4pm-10pm.
Case by case basis simply means I choose what tasks to take on at those times, it is typically based on what is going on that day.
If you call during off hours and I am not able to assist you, I will schedule you for a future time and date during our regular business hours.
7.) What is the rate for your off hours?
At this time it is the same as the standard rate, please remember that I may change this at any time. I will notify you of the rate prior to making any after hours support.
8.) Do I need to bring my equipment (i.e. computer, printer, network, phone, camera) to you?
No. You do not need to bring your equipment to my office. I provide support at the home and/or office place.
9.) Do you do hardware repair?
I do replace Harddrives, Memory, CD/DVD Players, Video Cards, and other addon cards. I do not do major repairs including: replacing motherboards, or processors. Hardware replacement is at my discretion.
10.) You keep on using all these strange terms what do they all mean?
